  I’ll start off by saying the staff at the window was friendly. However the drive-through person taking the order around 630p was seemingly in a hurry to rush taking orders. I ordered a double burger meal with 1 slice of cheese, ketchup, bacon and pickles in addition to a chocolate shake which was audibly reviewed by the lady taking the order prior to pulling up. I received a strawberry shake, no ketchup or napkins for the fries and the burger was thin, missing bacon, very few pickles and more than 1 slice of cheese that looked dry and “burnt on”. Not sure why they repeat the meal you order if they’re still going to find a way to mess every single item up.

  The manager who worked on 3/4/26 at around 1am is rude and unhelpful. I got an order and my drinks had no soda just full of ice and the food was stale and old. Usually wouldn’t care but she was rude.

  I had such a great experience here with my son recently. There’s an employee named John that would come around our tables and ask us if we needed any refills or ketchup or anything. I just thought it was very nice. Then we were leaving and he ran my son’s phone out to us! People like that make you come back :)

  Ordered 2 orders biscuits and gravy meals one with hashbrowns other with fries and honey butter chicken biscuit meal rung up order wrong IVY (cashier) then when I told here it was wrong she wanted to argue with me and then still received wrong order 3 biscuits and gravy Don go to this location Bethany and I17 is way better. Only reason I went to this location is I just had a baby at the hospital worth the drive go to Bethany hopefully this one closes like Indian school location… and they’re gravy is runny all you have to do is pour powder and a little bit of water not try and stretch the gravy from 11 to 11 to save the 3 dollars it cost for the bag of pre ready gravy… Don’t get me wrong Whataburger is Great I’ve worked here and this is the only fast food I would eat have working here… try Bethany Location and you’ll fall in love.

  Stop by here to get a quick bite to eat for lunch ... This was definitely almost restaurant quality service. John s took my order and also helped me out after he took my order. Who is very helpful he took the time to listen to me because I wasn't sure what I wanted. So he gave me advice on what I should order and made sure I was happy with what I got after I ordered it. If this guy is not a lead or a manager or a key holder he definitely should be. I've been traveling for work all week long and just exhausted so it was definitely nice to have somebody make my mind up for me. I asked what his name was and made sure he is who he is so he got credit for my review. Again John s was fantastic and made sure that I was happy with what I got. He also cleaned my table like I said just outstanding service thank you again John s!
