Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    I ordered at the drive through, they gave me the wrong sandwich, I went inside. The rep offered to replace the sandwich right away. After it was made, I asked for replacement fries and she asked for the others that I had! What kind of customer service is that? Is it your purpose to mess up an order, inconvenience someone, and insult them all in one go? Success has occurred if that's the case!

    Hamburger was dry nothing on it it was late at night they took forever in a day spent $37 for me to throw my hamburger away the french fries where cold there was no one in line and we waited forever just to receive the worst hamburger

    Smashed the patty to a thin slice, half a slice of bacon on avocado burger, asked for a crafted lemonade no ice, gave me a prickly pear with ice to the top. Large fries were not to the top and almost no avocado. I normally am not too particular on fast food as mistakes happen but I mean this was probably the worst I have experienced from whataburger.

    I placed an order for two number 2's well done with bacon, cheese, grilled onion, grilled jalapeños, no tomatoes. The burgers were not well done and were standard made per just placing an order for number 2 with no changes per what I paid for. The order came back undercooked, no bacon, no jalepenos,with tomatoes and soggy. I called and spoke with Maria to have it replaced and she only placed my burgers and made me pay for my fries and I bought and extra meal. The order again came back ExACTLY the same and messed again and unedablely soggy. I called again and she said it was my mistake. The location is on 75th ave just north of mcdowell rd and we are not all homeless and discriminated as if we are. The manager is pleasant to hispanics. I will leave this same as a review that Whataburger is not BlACK people friendly and BLACK people should no longer purchase food from the establishment. The food quality given is very poor quality and not worth the high prices and obvious discriminations.
