I've been coming to this Wendy's pretty consistently for about a month, and the food's always been hot and fresh and I've never had any issues, until tonight. I don't think the people that work there would eat those fries, which are burnt and are ice cold, so why would you put them in a customer's order? I know I'm done with this location, this might be the last $10 Wendy's ever gets from me, unless the manager or owner rectify this situation. 11-20-25 at approximately 8:20pm.

I am so disappointed of spending my money here today. They are extremely rude specially the “manager” Elicia. No wonder this locations it’s literally empty all the time, who would want to come back here where your business is not appreciated.

Being retired military i asked if they offered military discount. The way the manager replied to the clerk sounded as if i asked for free. She pretty much yelled no. The kid taking my order doesn't know how to speak loud enough. I had to ask him to speak up and say what?
I had to ask for napkins and all I get is two. Why? If I'm not a valued guest I surely won't be back. Tell you female manager to drop the attitude. When it's her place she can be grumpy all she wants. Until then, remember it's Wendy's.
