- JFJacob Franks4 days ago1.0I've been coming to this Wendy's pretty consistently for about a month, and the food's always been hot and fresh and I've never had any issues, until tonight. I don't think the people that work there would eat those fries, which are burnt and are ice cold, so why would you put them in a customer's order? I know I'm done with this location, this might be the last $10 Wendy's ever gets from me, unless the manager or owner rectify this situation. 11-20-25 at approximately 8:20pm.

- DEDaniel ESep 22, 20251.0Kinda rude here. Being retired military i asked if they offered military discount. The way the manager replied to the clerk sounded as if i asked for free. She pretty much yelled no. The kid taking my order doesn't know how to speak loud enough. I had to ask him to speak up and say what? I had to ask for napkins and all I get is two. Why? If I'm not a valued guest I surely won't be back. Tell you female manager to drop the attitude. When it's her place she can be grumpy all she wants. Until then, remember it's Wendy's.
