The Fries were cold, the bun on the burger was cold. The people inside were playing around instead of getting our order ready on time. By the time they got our food it was cold and than they forgot our drinks and had to wait for that and than one of the employees came to the window to asked what we wanted and we said our drinks and they said oh we forgot. As we waited in the window the employees were just playing around and the manager did not say anything to them

I went through the drive thru, as soon as I pull up to the menu the enployee shouts through the speaker offering the Dave single combo. I was going to get a bigger burger but I accepted his offer anyway. After the order, paid and drove off I dont notice that he gave me a spicy chicken sandwich instead until I got all the way to work. I dont think its necessary to open my sandwhiches before I leave to make sure its correct, especially since the employee was clearly trying to push for the Dave single. Hes new Im sure which is whatever. Ill just be checking my order fully before I leave the drive thru from now on. The spicy chicken sandwhich is the LAST thing that I would order.

The assistant manager for night shift Philip Davis is extremely unprofessional and uses his title to intimidate employees. Yesterday 12/14/2025 around 10pm I arrived at the drive thru for a pick up and as I pull up I am advise they can no longer take orders at the moment however, my pick up was already paid for and not even 2 seconds later, you hear Philip screaming and being disrespectful towards another 17 year old employee and circling him as if he wanted to get physical outside in the back. Davis kept telling the other employee that he was fired, took his headset, kept screaming to leave and that he WILL GET HIM FIRED one way or another then continued to close the kitchen back door. The 17 year old held his composure and was more mature than the grown adult Davis is. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS. Philips needs to be FIRED AND NOT TRANSFERRED TO A DIFFERENT STORE/LOCATION to solve the issue. Philips is definitely a type of person who uses his TITLE as power and that is unacceptable!! After I intervene and stated he does not need to be disrespecting and treating employees like shit, he refused my service AFTER my door dash order had already been paid for. When asked for the corporate number, he declined providing it and stated “you will be waiting here all night” and closed the drive thru window. Out of my 26 years of life, i have NEVER encountered a situation like this and I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the GENERAL MANAGER, HIRING MANAGER AND CORPORATE OFFICE for putting someone in charge who has 0 capabilities in being a manager and running a business!
