From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a genuine smile and was super helpful in navigating the menu. I was having a hard time deciding, and she offered some great suggestions. My order was prepared quickly and perfectly, and Annalysa even checked to make sure I had everything I needed before I left. It's rare to find such outstanding customer service these days. Thanks to Annalysa, my lunch was a total win!

Got to window and gave analysa my card she handed me 1 drink and then was flirting with the guy who took my order while he was making my other drink.. they were both talking and giggling got my food and left . I didn't check my bag this time. Last 2 visits were perfect. Got home I'm missing 1 large fry I had 7 out of 10 chicken nuggets and one of my drinks were 3 forths full. I didn't care to go back as I have a busy day and don't have time .... Please don't flirt and giggle while your handling a customer it's very unprofessional and rude that's why my order was messed up.

I've gone at different times of the day and it's always fresh, they never mess up my order. They put a generous amount of cheese on my chili which is great because I'm paying extra for it. I'm always anticipating something bad when it comes to fast food and even more with the drive thru but nope, they get it right 100% of the time. At night time the menu doesn't light up, that's my only complaint. I always stick to my same order otherwise I couldn't begin to read it. Ask for chili oil and crackers if you want them. They won't offer it so you have to ask! Fries are fries. Unless you eat them right out of the fryer, they'll always be cold and soggy. It's just the way it is. Someone is managing this location perfectly 👀 Keep up the great work!
