I had an amazing experience at Wendy’s, and I have to give special recognition to Keneth. His customer service was truly outstanding—warm, patient, and genuinely caring. He made sure my order was perfect and treated me with real kindness, which made my day. Experiences like this are why customer service still matters. Thank you, Keneth, for going above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back!

I normally would not do this but enough is enough. Ive been to so many places where yall do not care. I walked in to pick up my mobile order and the kid standing in the back by the fryers, just stared at me while I stood there, looking directly at him clearly needing some assistance. And he just ignored me. After about 1 or 2 standing there, he shouted for some other kid to come and help me from the back to say that I was a cash payer which I was not because he never inquired to see what I needed. I know this based of the what i heard and the nice kid who helped me. Customer service has gone out the window. It is customer service 101 just to acknowledge the customer. They are incredibly lucky that I am not just some secret shopper because they would've failed. I have been in the service industry of clients for a very long time. And this is why I do not like going inside restaurants anymore. These kids need to do more than just flip the burger. You actually have to have genuine human interaction with your clients. So that way, people come back into your establishment, that's called building rapport. And whoever trains these people as they get hired at Wendys, needs to do a better job at training their employees. Teach them how to treat their customers as they walk inside their restaurant. The kid that actually helped me that ran from the back after the other dude and everyone else stared me was amazing, kind and should teach them how to do their job. He made sure my kid's order was nice and hot and fresh. That other crew needs to be retrained. Do better. The white guy in the window didnt even know I was there because he was busy so he was fine and also was sincere about it. Food was great though.

By far, this is the BEST Wendy's in the state of Arizona. I drive the state for a local community college and have eaten at a ton of Wendy's over the past 10 years.
Here the hamburger buns are so light and airy they nearly float out of the bag. Here the hamburger meat is juicy and not over-cooked. Here the chicken nuggets are moist and tender. Here the French fries have not been sitting under a warmer for half an hour.
Wendy's founder, Dave Thomas, would be proud.
