Drive-through. I am not entirely sure if I was given the correct name, possibly “Naria,” an African American female. After declining to round up, she kept my card. Due to the rush, I did not realize the card was missing until about five minutes after leaving. I returned for it and there was no acknowledgment of the mistake.

I didn't even get fully to the menu board and the lady said, what can I get you. I told her to hold on because they changed the bag things. Then she replied what can I get you. Didn't even give me time. So I got a number 4 instead. My fries was not fresh and half filled. And my chicken is old that it was dried out. Everything I come here after 8pm it is not fresh food and they rush you to get you out.

Worst experience. I went through the drive thru today 1/16/2026 at 3:50pm and ordered a Dave’s single combo meal. When I went through the drive-through. I got to the window and I paid for my order and got my food. I then requested for ketchup and ranch and was only given ketchup. I then proceeded to go inside and politely ask the woman at the front counter by the name of Vivian, who rudely said “huh? What? Ranch is 55 cents, you have to buy it we don’t just give it out” and treated me like I couldn’t afford it.
I then said forget it and walked out. I then proceeded to go back through the drive-through again and Vivian happened to take my order rudely, I then went through the drive-through window and Automatically complained about her, as I was telling the staff about the situation they looked at me like I was dumb, then I watch her walk right past the front of my car, it was the end of her shift and she was leaving. As I began to point her out to staff she began throwing her hands up at me, so I pointed her out to the staff and she started throwing her hands up in a manner that was intimidating as I felt like she wanted to cause problems.
She then started to walk back to the store as I was given my ranch and I left.
This was not just an ordinary situation either, as I hope that management handles this accordingly. In the comments it seems that this is not the first time that this has happened, and crew member/manager does not act like this. I will not be returning.
