He was so kind and even gave us a frosty on the house! All staff was kind and friendly too. Thanks for making us feel welcome and keeping that Christmas magic alive for my (still believing) kiddo!

When I pulled it out, it looked small. I went inside and asked if it was large. The kid who helped me said it wasn't and how he didn't see it was supposed to be large. Um, he took the order and I laid for it. The manager, from a register said to give me a large fry. The kid gave me a dirty look and walked away. I called him out. No one apologized or anything. I was made to be the bad guy and all I heard were excuses. I got my large fry and got in my car. Then I noticed I didn't have a straw, so I went back in to get one and held it up for the manager and the kid to see. I needed a napkin to wipe my lid and all I had was ONE napkin, and you know how they are really 25% of a napkin. How is it I was the bad guy? I wasn't rude at all and just asked if my fry was a large. Immediately I was the bad guy. I have never had an experience like that before. Welcome to the younger generation.

Ordered today for lunch, and my fries were cold, and my chicken sandwich was cold as well. Obvious that my order was filled with food that was sitting for quite a while, and not made upon receipt of my order.
