Our entire order was wrong so they came out and walked to the front, we told them we were missing a drink, they had to walk back inside, someone came to bring a receipt to make sure we were in fact charged for the drink, we let them know the order was wrong and we had to wait for them to slowly walk inside, and again come back out. Just a dumb process and so much for fast food. No motivation to just do the job right the first time and there was only the car before us, us, and the car after us. Not busy and 11:30 at night because by the time we finally left it was 12:02
