Why have a drive-through if you are going to park me EVERY SINGLE TIME!?!? Tired of being lined up in front of the restaurant so you guys can usher us through and rig your time. We shouldn't have to wait for fries or nuggets, this is fast food.... Been like this almost every single time for almost a year now. Maybe management needs to show up to supervise and see what's happening....

Go to literally any other Wendy's if possible. 15 minute wait, gave our food to the wrong car, forgot to give us an item we ordered, and cold, limp fries. Truly awful

Person at drive thru, believe her name was Claudia, needs to learn to be respectful. Wendy’s needs to stop hiring rude, stuck up people if they want their business to thrive. I called and some girl named Megan answered the phone. She was hesitant on letting me know who her coworker was probably because she knew about what she had done. My dad simply asked if she spoke Spanish. and the lady said you speak English. Whatever beliefs, views, etc keep them out your work place. Let’s learn to respect others. This all happened on 9/22 around 11:05pm in case they didn’t give correct names. So whoever was on the clock around 11:05pm and was working drive thru and whoever answered the phone at 11:07pm.
