- NLNoelia LozanoJan 29, 20261.0I went to Tropical Smoothie during the evening hours. 6pm to be exact. The female staff took my order over the drive thru. I pulled around to the window. I sat there for almost 8 or 9 minutes. Never once being acknowledged through the window. I honked and still no one came to the window. I finally pulled around and walked in. Both female staff were standing there. One working on a smoothie (even though there was no one in the drive thru or dine in). I had to shout and say "excuse me" before the girl turned around. I told them I had been waiting for close to 10 minutes for my drink. The staff who appeared to be the lead stated that the other girls headset wasn't working. Which clearly wasn't the case as she took my order. What happened is that she never put my order into the register. They asked if I still wanted them to make it but by that time I was already late for my daughter's practice. Extremely horrible customer service. Fix your drive through window so your staff can atleast see cars when they're waiting instead of ignoring their customers completely

I get my bowl and tried to dig in with the provided spoon, only to get resistance right under the fruit layer as hard as concrete! Turned out, the granola was literally a block of granola. I had to pull it out and literally break it up the best way I could. A Travesty and thoroughly disappointing! I will not return! I will go to somewhere else if this is the crap I will get here.
