- NNneotaJun 12, 20252.0Waited 30 minutes in store for mobile order 🙁 there was one poor employee during what I assume to be the lunch rush, she was kind but very frazzled and unorganized, which I do not blame her for because I would be freaking out by myself with irritated customers and orders piling up! Unfortunately I think I waited unnecessarily long as when I did get my food and smoothies they were cooled down and the smoothies were already pretty melted :( Management needs to do a better job training or ensure staff are arriving on time or planning to have more than one staff during busy times!

- MHMatthew HartzellMay 10, 20221.0I’ve given this location so many chances but tonight was the final straw, after pulling into the drive through at 8:30PM I was greeted by an employee parked in the drive through lane who told me the drive through was closed, understandable but he didn’t move his car, I had to back my car out of the drive through (mind you it is long and has a curve to it, essentially trapping me and making it super difficult to get out of the drive though.) Multiple employees were “chilling outside” and paid it no mind. Not to mention the countless times they close early (like 5 out of the 7 days they’re open) are out of of basic goods (fruit,chicken) and extremely unprofessional staff. I will never return to this location again, it’s disappointing because I like tropical smoothie but this location is absolutely unacceptable.
