  An amazing chef! So helpful with our event! Food was delicious, hosted over 50 guests, setup and cleanup were timely! Highly recommend for large or small events!

  Chef Joe is exceptionally talented, knowledgeable, and professional. I had his roasted butternut squash and caramelized onion enchiladas with a mole inspired red sauce. The dish was truly amazing! Chef Joe is an expert in the food industry, from top to bottom. I look forward to working with him for any events or meal plans in the future. Thank you, Chef Joe!

He incorporates the flavors from his travels to his cooking and listens to your specific requests and dietary needs. You won’t be disappointed in hiring him!

  My daughter and I had Chef Joe give us private cooking lessons. The experience was priceless. We had so much fun and really bonded together during the classes, plus we got to make some great food. I highly recommend Chef Joe!

  Chef's kiss to Chef Joe! I gave him a few favorite flavors and cuisines, and Chef Joe ran w/ it. He created a menu for a week's worth of fabulous gluten- and dairy-free meals. Lentil soup, perfectly cooked beef tenderloin w/ home-made chimichurri sauce, tender chicken fajitas and grilled vegetables w/ home-made gluten-free wraps (wow!), super flavorful meatballs and spaghetti squash, and a phenomenal saffron-honey-citrus dressing w/ citrus slices on green salads topped w/ pepitas. Chef Joe cooked the meals off site, and delivered them in the hour he said he would. Every thing was clearly labeled and tasted great! I highly recommend Chef Joe!
