  3 star only because of poor management .Called because my daughter left her book bag NO ANSWER just straight busy signal every time I called like the phone was kept off the hook on purpose. Horrible idea for business management has to do better.

  Portions have been getting worse. Taco that was all shell. And chili cheese burrito with almost NO chili, had more cheese than chili which normally would be hard to do.

  I was just here and the doors to the dinning area was locked. A group of young people were in there with employees horsing around. When I went to the drive thru the young male was in a rush to get me out he almost spilled my drink because he was distracted with the others in the store.

  I stopped today Saturday at 9 a.m. they were making some drive-thru food I asked him if I can get the code to use the restroom the manager said no not until I buy something I told him I will you guys are making somebody food and I need the restroom he said no so I told him here's $20 can I get the code he said no until I pay for food I can't believe a supervisor or manager whatever title he holds what not give me the code I asked them for their name they said no they're not going to give it to me so the lady in the Drive-Thru started giving me attitude too I will not be going to this talk about ever again I would not recommend this talk about to anybody

  Stole my money . I bought 2 9$ boxes and order substitutions for both tacos to be supreme as well as cool ranch . The shells were completely stale tasted disgusting. I tried returning the food and going to anot Location. The lady tried to give me back 19$ and all the food was there. My receipt said 32.22 cents. … then they get mad becaUse I’m mad and hungry and inconvenienced and they decide to call the police instead of giving me the correct amount I paid, back. SMH someone needs to contact me. I want my money back I’ll never go back to this location. Police said I can do civil court but I don’t even wanna have to do all that .
