It say there for nearly a min before she finally brought it to me. She acted like it was my fault or that I inconvenienced her. Truly, how hard is it to fill a single item order at Taco Bell??

Most of all, as I waited in the drive thru (that went spectacularly fast despite the holiday) I noticed that the employee mopping the lobby was just doing such a fantastic job; even though it’s a holiday and the staff are insulated with orders, I couldn’t help but notice the thoroughness and attentional to detail that Matthew provided cleaning the lobby. I only was able to get his name, but if management sees this, consider promoting him; I know I only saw a few minutes but his work ethic and carefulness is not something that should be taken for granted
