  I can’t believe I’m reviewing TB, but this burrito was legit. Tasted very crush, great flavor, cooked perfectly. Highly recommend.

  I went to the Taco Bell drive thru around 12:10-12:15 tonight , I ordered 1 chicken quesadilla, 1 cantina chicken burrito, and a $9 luxe cravings box. I had asked the gentleman taking the order to switch out the flaming hot grilled cheese burrito for the regular as I didn’t want as spicy burrito. He accommodated the request because I saw the change on the screen, I ordered a large Pepsi 0 with no ice as well with the box. When I got to the window, the gentleman handed me the Pepsi 0 with ice, it looked pretty light but I brushed it off. My luxe cravings box didn’t come in a box, just tossed into the bag. I got home and my Pepsi 0 had no syrup in it whatsoever. And my grilled cheese burrito was never switched out for the regular. My cantina chicken burrito had creamy jalapeño on only one side of it, and that side was completely inedible. When I went to look at the receipt I realized that the gentleman at the window had not given me one nor put one in the bag. I understand that it was late, but that’s no excuse for inaccuracy and this many mistakes in one order.

  Have been to this location many times over the years and every time without fail the food is lukewarm at best, never hot.

  October 11 around 10:20 my family and I went thru drive thru. Had the worst customer service when we placed our order. The boy constantly asked anything else anything else. I finally asked him politely to not ask that again so we can place our order. Got to the window the young lady was polite and sweet but seemed confused when we asked for our 3 Mnt dew. I should of known right then and there or entire order would be messed up.10:50 Got home was missing half our order and charged for something we didnt order. My fiance goes back to get the right food and they tell him that they will not remake the order Just the food that was missing. They then made him go back thru the drive thru for a 3rd time because "they were to backed up to have him wait at the window." The 3rd time around then put him behind 5 cars because they refused to bring the food out to him. The young lady who actually gave us our food the first time around was actually polite enough to bring our food out to him and apologized for the actions of her fellow colleagues. 11:40 I finally got to eat my cold food that I just spent almost 50 dollars on.
