- BLBen LoweryNov 3, 20251.0Do not go to this Taco Bell. Drive down the street to the one on 7th Street. I ordered a bowl of beans and rice, and I was told they no longer have forks. I asked if they had any utensils and was told no. I asked how I was supposed to eat my food without utensils and was told, "I don't know." The food is not good at this location. You'd think there would be some consistency, but they do not know how to prepare the food at this location or they are using old ingredients. Either way, it doesn't meet my minimum standard for Taco Bell.

I've ordered from this location many times and other than long waits and rude employees, haven't really had any problems ordering through the app. So order placed and picked up only to discover the two main items aren't there. Go back and am told that they no longer carry that item even though it still allows you to order it through the app. Ok, no big deal. I mean they could've let me know when I picked up the order originally, but whatever. The problem is they can't refund the order in store and I'm told to go through the app. They were not friendly or apologetic. Well it's been a week and 3 separate messages through the app in which im told they "are on it" only they aren't. My refund is almost $13. So beware when using the app because even though it will let you order items, that doesn't mean they have it and getting a refund for these items not received isn't an easy task.

No way that manager wanted to work with me to resolve this issue. The main reason I use the app is to not have to interact with people including rude "managers" who think hanging up on a paying customers is valid.
