I went to the drive thru, and after waiting about ten minutes I got to the speaker and was greeted by "Will you be checking in with your app to earn rewards points?" I answered yes, as while waiting there all that time I was able to open my app and bring up the check in code. Then another voice asked if I was picking up an Uber Eats or Door Dash order, and I answered no. She then told me they weren't taking orders. Really?!? Then why are all the lights on and why does the app say you're open? I was then stuck yet another five minutes to get out of the drive thru. Outrageous! Don't waste your time here like I did.
