  Went in and was immediately told that we would have to wait at the counter because they had three people that did not show up. That should not be my problem because I am the customer and you still need to take care of the customers. I worked in retail for 27 years and if we had people that did not show up for their shift we just had to deal with it and take care of the customers

  The food is hit or miss at this location. The service is terrible though. If you go in they expect you to use the ordering kiosk to place your order and if want to order at the counter (or have to because you are paying cash) or even if you need something else and go to the counter they ignore you or tell you that you have to wait until there is no one in the drive through line - I watched it happen multiple times while in there with several different people. I even watched a manager yell at one of the young employees because she left the drive through window to take someone's order at the counter. He first yelled, "WHERES MY DRIVE?" as she was finishing up and handing the customer their change and she walked back over to the window and then he yelled, "NEVER AGAIN, NOT UNTIL THE DRIVE THROUGH IS CLEAR. DO IT AGAIN AND I WILL WRITE YOU UP NEXT TIME!" So unprofessional to talk to her like that if the first place, especially in front of her coworkers and loud enough for customers in the lobby to hear. Do better and treat your minimum wage, TEENAGE, employees better.

  I can't submit a food star rating because I wasn't able to get any food. I placed an online order for drive up, there was an offer for a free taco after registration. I completed the registration and submitted my order. The app failed, my online order appeared in my cart but the app failed at check-out. I went inside to ask why it failed? The CSR at the counter said the online offer was now void but if I wanted to pay full price for each item in the bundle I could place the order that way. I went to another restaurant instead.

  If you are a DoorDasher, avoid taking orders from this location. They treat DoorDash drivers so poorly, and one of the managers who is a very large man looms over you to make sure you have confirmed the order in a very aggressive manner. He’s extremely rude and extremely aggressive. As an amendment - the evening crew are so nice and so considerate.
