We love to order to-go from their app, probably twice a month, or more! Their efficient, friendly service and atmosphere in the restaurant can’t be beat. Of course the fish is the best and the options for sushi rolls and bowls are amazing. A MUST HAVE!

The food is amazing, the service is fantastic, the chefs are passionate about their job. I am a frequent visitor and always have an incredible meal here. I truly can not say any more positive things about this place 1000/10. If you appreciate elevated cuisine and fresh sushi. Then this is the place for you. Thank you sushi friend for brining such a treat to Arizona!!!
- LRLexie RDec 27, 20253.0I absolutely love the sushi, like so much that I recently had the extra time and money to take my favorite people there like my sister and fiance but unfortunately for some reason everytime we have gone in it’s the same chefs and sushi artist and the main guy is never nice to us a few things he’s mentioned when we had gone inside for the first time ever I told him it’s our first time there but I’ve ordered online before hoping for some recommendations or something instead was told “ well they got the same things in person as online” and another thing being when we go in and order take out like we did today we exchanged some small words about seating as we didn’t want to sit in the main seating because we weren’t planning on eating there but the main guy made it seemed like we weren’t welcomed to stand there hen they literally have chairs there, these are just a few thing I wanted to mention about the service we have received keep in mind we have went 4 time in the last 3 weeks because it’s the only amazing quality like the actual fish is unbeatable but I just wish we got better service especially when I see them greeting other customers who come in and not doing the same for us

Plenty of them even have pretty good ratings, like 4.5 stars and above, but I don’t think a single one of them holds a candle to Sushj Friend. It’s a bit more pricey than your average sushi spot, but only marginally so, and the difference in quality is night and day. I put off going here for genuinely years just because I expected it not to live up to the hype, and by doing so, I’ve missed out on years I could’ve spent eating coastal-city-quality sushi for a reasonable price. I have no clue what this place is doing differently that makes it so high-quality yet affordable, but I hope they never stop!
