  Cmon, if you work at subway it a place that you need to hear the toppings person to person please give me someone that speaks English, and why is there a cover hiding the meats at this location?? Completely ruined it just by that cause why are you hiding the meats?? Is something wrong? It also caused me to forget to add bacon because I’m used to going into subway picking what I want with my eyes and I always end up with the same order so with the meats being hidden I forgot my favorite which is bacon, probably for the best tho cause god only knows what the meat would’ve looked like if they are hiding it. I love Hispanic people don’t get me wrong and they do amazing work but it’s mean to not just me but the lady too because it’s not her fault she doesn’t know what I’m saying. Worst subway experience I’ve ever had. Definitely not coming back to this location and I’d recommend driving the extra mile or so to a different subway. Even if it’s a 10 mile difference, trust me it’s worth not coming to this subway.

  I have two issues to address. My mother ordered a turkey sub. She couldn't eat it because her teeth started hurting as she ate. So she asked if she could switch her sandwich for a meatball sub, since those are softer, and pay the difference. They told her no. So she had to buy another sub.  The only reason why we stopped there for her to eat is because she is diabetic. The sandwich was so that her sugar level wouldn't get low. Then the worker asked her if she would step aside so the person behind her could order something first. She is diabetic!  Why couldn't she switch her sandwich? Subway makes enough money. Where is the customer satisfaction?
