Came in for a to-go order at midnight. The worker was on the phone, in her slippers, asked what order it was, then proceeds to pull the ticket she neglected to notice before because she was ON THE PHONE. She continued to make the sandwiches, while holding her phone with the gloved hand she’s still handling the food with, cussing up a storm, while her 2 small, school-aged children are running around the lobby instead of safe in bed. Whole thing was not a good look.

Ordered online and they refused to make my order because their system was down and told me I would have to reorder and get a refund, manager wouldn’t even help even though they got paid for it and I paid and showed them. Every number I called sent me to an automated system. Employees weren’t helpful could have made my order. Very disappointed in subway won’t everrrrr be back

I walked in there and asked for an Italian meatball sub sandwich with extra meatballs and they charged me $5 for four extra meatballs and I explained to him that I wanted light sauce. I don't like all that marinara sauce. It's just overbearing. I explained that to the young man on three different occasions he went ahead and made my sub. He toasted it. I got it home and it was just absolutely nasty. The bread soggy with all the marinara sauce that I asked him not to put on there and did it anyways. Overpriced and nasty food but that's what I get from getting a Subway sandwich at 11:00 at night. If you're going to be open all night, you should at least serve fresh product, especially for the prices you're charging, which I don't have a problem paying, but you should get at least a fresh sandwich and to the way you asked for it to be made.
