The worker was on the phone, in her slippers, asked what order it was, then proceeds to pull the ticket she neglected to notice before because she was ON THE PHONE. She continued to make the sandwiches, while holding her phone with the gloved hand she’s still handling the food with, cussing up a storm, while her 2 small, school-aged children are running around the lobby instead of safe in bed. Whole thing was not a good look.

Every number I called sent me to an automated system. Employees weren’t helpful could have made my order. Very disappointed in subway won’t everrrrr be back
