I have tried coming to the location 3 times to get ahold of Ryan and to no response and noone ever answers the phone. This employee is very rude. I paid for 2 sandwiches and received only one sandwich that night!

I asked the man who was making my wrap to substitute my lettuce for spinach and he abruptly cut me off and rudely said, no substitutes allowed that I had to get it the way he makes it. Since when? Any other Subway has freely exchanged out the lettuce for spinach. I would've gave it zero stars if possible but the young lady at the register made up for his lack of customer service. If I could review her separately, she would get 5 stars, but he was awful. I will never go to that establishment again.
