  On November 1st, 2025 I visited the Subway on 75th and Lowerbuckeye Rd at 10:30 PM, with only 30 minutes left before closing, and was told by an employee standing outside that they were closed due to having no bread. This was frustrating and completely unacceptable, especially when the posted closing time is 11 PM. Over the past few months, this location has really gone downhill. It’s disappointing to see such poor management and lack of preparation. Management needs to make sure this doesn’t happen again, as it’s unacceptable for customers to be turned away early without proper notice. I won’t be returning until I see improvements.

  On SaturdayNov.1, 2025 I drove all the way to this Subway because their listed hours said they were open — but when I got there, the place was completely closed and the lights were off. I double-checked the sign on the door AND the hours online, and they clearly should’ve still been open. No note, no explanation, nothing. It’s extremely frustrating to waste time and gas just to find out the employees decided to call it a night early. If you can’t stick to the hours you post, at least update them so customers don’t show up for no reason. Super disappointing and definitely makes me think twice about coming back.

  My daughter and I walked in to only 1 person working and he looked like he may of been in high school or possibly just a little older. I felt so bad for him. When we walked in there was 2 other people there waiting on orders with others walking in. We stayed about 10 minutes to see if anyone else was going to help him but he seemed to be working all alone which is outrageous. Some people were getting impatient and asking how much longer but not in a nice way and the kid stayed very polite and was trying to go as fast as he could. To have someone working alone is ridiculous. I just want to praise this kid for doing his best and staying very polite but it was completely unfair to him to be left alone for so long!!!!

  I was just charged $19.50 for a protein bowl. She insisted a footlong of meat was double meat. I've ordered the same protein bowl for 25 days straight across the country and the highest I've ever paid was $14 and the lowest was $10. She bragged to the other customers as I walked out that she was glad she would never see me again. Phoenix arizona is completely insane.
