  🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. Go to any other Subway, but avoid this one at all costs !! Date of Visit: 02/23/2026 | Time: 7:10 PM I am writing this because I suffered from food poisoning (vomiting and diarrhea) immediately after eating at this location. 🙂 We ordered a Chicken Sub and a Veggie Patty Sub. The experience was a disaster from start to finish: 1. Safety & Food Quality: The sub was not toasted; it was ice-cold and hard, as if it had just been pulled from a fridge. I had to put it in an air fryer at home just to make it edible. The tomatoes were stale and tasted "off." Most alarmingly, inside the sub, there was a strange white powdered/clumped substance (looking like solid clumps). After eating, I became violently ill. 2. Dishonest Staff: The girl working at 7:10 PM lied to my partner’s face. She claimed Footlong Cookies were "discontinued" and removed from the app last week(She said confidently like she saw it for real !! 😱) . We went to another Subway right after which is on our way to Home, and they confirmed this was a complete lie, they even gave us a free cookie because they were shocked by the misinformation. 3. Incompetent Substitutions: When she realized they were out of veggie patties, she just made a Veggie Delite (only vegetables) without asking. A Veggie Delite has almost no protein compared to a patty. Instead of this she gave two chocolate chip cookies and added a cookie later on as it was the last cookie that’s left. To the employee: Shame on you for lying so confidently to customers. 😏 You aren't just making people "fools", you are making them sick. I can’t imagine how many people you have fooled! 😆😂🤣

  This Subway is terrible. One rude guy that ignores online orders. Had to get a refund because he never made my food.

  The girl refused to sell me any sandwich by saying that her POS is down, i know she’s lying, it was very obvious on her face and behavior, because i arrived 1 hour earlier than the time she close. She was cleaning her station, i got it, but, at least be polite, professional and prepare my food, you work for SUBWAY. She was so rude! Will never go back to that location.

  On January 2 I order online at 9:59 in the morning to have two grinders picked up at 3:40 . When I got to Subway at 3:40 I know it's like winder was that we kind of counter so I sat down and waited for a few minutes and you know he had a few people in line. A little old man came into the store and said I ordered my grinder online and he's like well it's not ready and then he proceeds the to finish making the grinders for the people online the little old man goes when will it be ready is it I have to finish these and then I have other people and the gentleman was just asking when we're going to be ready sir sit down I'm not going to argue with you so I don't get asked all my graduate supposed to be ready at 3:40 and it's not free yet he's not my problem this is how employees at Subway act so it's around 4:00 my grinder was still not ready which I paid for my grinder technically online orders should be coming first before the people that are in line because those grinders we're already paid for so I stood up after him being so rude to the old man I was like you know cancel my order because you're very rude and I'll be calling corporate office and he proceeds to say I don't care. I tried to contact corporate office there's no phone call I emailed them and try to get a refund and everything and let them know exactly what's going on with their employees at that location and got nothing back so basically Subway sucks I will never eat at Subway again and I used to order two grinders at least once a week not anymore. I advise anyone to stay away from that location 19th avenue and Union hills stay away especially true if a big fat guy is working cuz he is the rudest person in the world telling a customer that's not his problem.

  BEST SUBWAY AROUND. Staff is always super friendly. They make a sandwich the way one should be made and as if they were going to eat it themselves!!! Lots of toppings, good amount of sauce and everything spread evenly. :) I always drive the extra miles to go to this Subway if I can.
