  So at this particular location it is 9:03 a.m. The front door says it's opens at 8:00 a.m. and so does Google but yet they're closed on a Friday morning. Not a sole insight

  My subway experience was great. The sandwich artist made me a suggestion on my sauce for my sandwich. It was bomb! She also scooped me out one of the best bowls of chicken dumpling soup. She specialized it with cheese. Place was clean an the staff was amazing.

  Ordered a salad, pretty simple one, the young lady making it was doing fine, but the other woman there watched every move she made And questioned her.. neither were very friendly When checking out I think they just made up the charges as they went along. The cost was several dollars more than usual when different staff are there.. I was charged for a 30 oz drink but only asked for the smaller medium sized one.. I couldn't find and clear menu on pricing For what I got so came home and went on line That was even worse trying to get a clear price list.. what I get should be the same each time as I get the same thing each time, and I'm a senior but never get the senior price as no one Payson attention . I got no napkins, had to ask for them, didn't get a fork, told the woman I had the change, and she wasn't listening and didn't care, so I got a bunch of change I didn't want. .what happened to your people being trained in customer service, being friendly, listening and performing so customers want to come back, not avoid the place until a decent staff is working? Very frustrating for customers .and post your menu prices on line and in the stores so they make sense. This store used to be tops when Joseph ran it... Sad he's gone.
