  I made a mistake with my order and the staff were so helpful and understanding! Got me squared away, portions were generous and service was fast. The lady who helpede was wonderful

  Walked in tonight at 8:50 and they immediately told me no we're closing, but they dont close until 9. Super weird and rude.

  Night crew was VERY UPSET to have to make two sandwiches at 8:20. Girl with long black pony tail was literally slamming the meat the tomatoes and threw the cheese. Almost poured the entire salt and pepper on my sandwich. No greeting no goodbye just really awkward service. She had the meanest face I’ve ever seen. Go work somewhere else then. I just wanted to buy a couple sandwiches. called The subway to get their names to file a report and the girl asked why I wanted to file a report And refused to give her name and then hung up on me

  Order here all the time with no previous issues. Then had a pickup order cancelled due to them closing early (AC Issues), which was no big deal. They called and told me I’d be refunded for the order. Went to order a week later and realized I had never been refunded and was charged for the order I never received. When I inquired and asked for a refund/sandwich I paid for they had zero interest in helping and said it was my fault for not cancelling even though I was told I would be refunded and never was told to cancel the order originally. Complete scam and the fact that no one there cared at all or wanted to make it right, made it all the more frustrating. Will most likely never be going to this location even though it is right next door.
