  very rude behaviour, bad customer service, when you ask question for suggetion only one answer i dont know looks like owner dont care about review. went 3 times with better hope but all time same issue

  Completely understand it's a fast food place but that doesn't allow you to be rude to customers.

  Probably the worst location I’ve ever ordered from. Ordered a sandwich online and it was made so poorly….. that girl wouldn’t have made a sandwich for herself like that. Very disappointing. With this economy I expect to get everything that I payed for. They didn’t include several toppings that I selected and it was very inconvenient to go inside and the situation still wasn’t rectified. The female employee was careless.

  El Horario de serrar es a las 8.30 y boy a comprar a las 730 y ya no ye atienden muy mal servicio .y no te quieren aseptar los coupons

  I come here for lunch . Oh man the same lady from last week ( I think she is Latino ) ( not trying to be rude by saying Latino ) Oh man she was so rude . I spend $18 .she keep saying we have limits for vege, we have limit for salad. We have limit for sauce . What the hell ?? Eveything has limits than why are u opening store? She was so so rude . Eveytime I come here she is working . Plus the bathroom is so so dirty . Flash doesn't work and no hand soap. They want to charge fully price but they don't want to limit everything. I don't usually write review but this time I must & plz avoid this store if u can. Do not give them business since they don't deserve it!!!!
