    Ordered my food at 4pm for pick up at 9pm I don't get to the store until 9:20 pm I see the male African-American employee chatting with the female customer with a big smile on his face but as soon as I step through the door that smile disappears I told him I have a pickup order and was told he still had to make it OK no biggie ill stop by the Frys right next door to grab a couple of things 15 minutes later I get back and the dude tells me they are out of meatballs? Like for reals? Couldn't of told me that before I went next door? Proceeded to tell me to cancel my order and order something else at that point I flat out told him to give me the Managers name and the store phone number since I don't have time for such shenanigans could of just substituted the sandwich for something else instead i have to deal with whole ordeal while I'm at work

    Picked up 2 meatball subs and they were super dry literally no sauce ! Bread wasn’t toasted .

    I am a secret shopper. I came in today and was greeted by a nice young lady named Paige, while she was assisting another customer. I was reviewing the menu when another young lady said she could assist me. I kindly asked her if she could wait one moment while I review the menu. She walked away and waited. When I was ready, she then approached me with a sarcastic energy and asked was I ready now? I said to her yes. As I was expressing my order to her, she gave me this rolling of the eyes, not wanting to take my order attitude. I then politely asked her if she was ok? She then responded with a nasty tone and attitude “yes I’m ok, why are you asking me if I’m ok?” I then responded and said your energy seems off and rude. She then replied and said “nothing is wrong with my energy” in a very nasty sarcastic tone. I then politely told her that she doesn’t have to make my food, I’ll wait for the other young lady (Paige). She then seemed shocked that I rejected her preparing my food, and said “really? You have a great day”. Who wants someone with rude foul energy preparing their food?… Not me. Paige then came, with great energy and customer service to prepare my food. As I was leaving the other young lady said very nasty and sarcastically “ you have a wonderful day”. I told her you as well, and I will be writing a review. To that nasty young lady, I REBUKE you and return to you all of your nasty sarcastic energy hundred trillion fold, in I Am that I Am. To Paige, keep up the great work!! 👍🏽
