    Riylie at Subway is seriously amazing. She has such a positive attitude and makes you feel welcome the second you walk in. Her sandwich-making skills are super fast, but she still pays attention to every detail and makes everything perfect. The service is always friendly, efficient, and professional. You can tell she really cares about doing a great job. If you get your sandwich made by Riylie, you’re in good hands!

    I am so disappointed that no one takes pride in their job anymore; and where is quality control? you will notice in the photograph that I took that there are 2 bites taken out of the sandwich and the rest of it went into the garbage. This sandwich used to cost $6 with tax and now it is almost $15.00. The "FRESH" bread was drying tasteless. it used to be like a seasoned pillow. There was almost no mayo to be found and I had to pull onion skin , which most people discard, out of my mouth. The lettuce was sandwich and I couldn't get tomato because they were practically green. now i understand the cost of inflation, but it costs nothing extra to put in a little effort to make the food look presentable. complete waist of money and time.

    Definitely one of my favorite sandwiches from Subway. The Tuna Sub on a Italian herb & cheese bread with extra vegetables and 4 scoops of tuna vs the 2 scoops that typically comes on a half sub. Definitely worth paying the added fee. It’s unfortunate the owner of this location is more hyper focused on the budget versus customer satisfaction. Therefore, I’ve noticed regularly there’s always one employee being overworked trying to satisfy the masses. I’ve even spoken to some of these employees before and they’ve clarified that’s why this is happening, which is very unfair for staff morale and also very unfair for customers having to wait forever and a day for there sandwich to be made. I think it’s safe to say the owner should be ashamed of themselves.

    I had made an online order of two sandwiches adding up to $32.26. Upon picking them up and taking a couple of bites we realized that they were completely wrong. The wrong one was toasted, the toppings which I paid extra for were on the wrong sandwich and some were just missing, the toppings that are supposed to be included were missing as well as all of the dressing choices. We went back to see what could be done about it to which we were met with a very clearly high employee denying to accommodate a refund or even to just remake them properly. He was also refusing to give any contact information for any type of manager so we could resolve the issue. He was being incredibly rude and uncooperative. He said his name was Devin but he wasn’t wearing a name tag so not sure if that’s entirely accurate. Now almost an hour later we finally have the food.
