Let me just start by saying when it comes to establishments that this has been one of the most pleasant that I have dealt with since moving here years ago, I would recommend this subway out of any of the subways in Phoenix the atmosphere the food service cool it in a glass of ice water on a winter day in Antarctica

So I decided to come back to Subway and I’m not sure if it’s the same girl working But I do think it’s the same girl. Anyways service was smooth she was polite and it honestly made me feel kind of bad about my last review so I decided to change my review. In hindsight, I think I was just a little upset. I was having a rough day and was looking forward to getting some subway that day. Granted my review was truthful though. I come into this subway late all the time and I’ve never been told they stopped serving food at 9:45 other than that last time and although I still think they should put a sign up if that’s how they run things i also think it’s reasonable.

Had a good experience here previously- but went today and right off the BAT I was irritated. Nobody in the building when I first walked in because they were both outside taking a smoke break. One walked in- said nothing- walked straight to the back and immediately went to make my sandwich. Did not wash his hands. If you’re not washing your hands after coming in from outside, I’m immediately not trusting that you’re washing your hands when you prep the food. Absolutely disgusting. His defense was “I wasn’t smoking though” totally against food saftey standards and I won’t be back- which sucks because the females that worked here a month or two ago were spectacular.

Today I went to this subway I walked in used the restroom and then wanted to order as soon as I walked out the worker told me I looked suspicious. Then 3 costumers walked in and he kicked them out saying we were closed. This happened today January 4rd. He is a tall young African American man. They had really bad service
