This location is absolutely trash. Me and my wife have gave this place like a year to get better and nope of course not. I recently got a sandwich for my wife and it was completely wrong and when I come to bring it back I dont get a apology or anything not even like a free fountain drink for wasting our time to come back here. And guess what instead of making a brand new sandwich they jst add the meat in the sandwich...mind u the sandwich was wrong to begin with. I had enough I got my refund. Yes this specific location is awful. I understand we are human and no such thing as perfection but when a customer has to come back multiple times and get no apology or anything and on top of that still get the order wrong. No quality no professionalism n no shame. Yes plz Beware of this location do not go!

People attending clients should be kinder, and at least appear unto others that they like what they do. Serving people is not meant for everyone. Can't believe how expensive Subway has become. Will avoid as much as possible

My sub today was GROSS. I havent been here in months and it used to be the best Subway I've ever been to. I ordered a roasted turkey sub (they burned it), pepperjack cheese, lettuce (I got none), light tomato, onion, green bell pepper, add jalapeños, banana peppers, mayo, oil and vinegar. The sub was mostly jalapenos and banana peppers, like half a jar each NO JOKE. I couldn't find any of the pepper cheese, the meat tasted off, and they missed the oil and vinegar entirely. All around, whomever made my sub needs to go back through training. To top it off, I walked in and was greeted -yay! I said I am here to pick up, name is Carol. I was handed my sub in a bag and she went back to making subs. I asked for my cup and cookie because I did a combo. She came back and asked me what size, I said large. She handed me a cup and went back to making subs again. Mind you, she is alone up front and I knew someone else was there because I saw her walking back and forth in the back. Other person eventually emerged with no food, nothing to stock so I dont know why she left the first person alone for so long. Anyway, I asked again for my cookie after waiting because I was trying not to be rude. The place is disorganized, they're inattentive.... not sure what happened to this location but I won't be back for a while. For a $20, I expect a little more.

Today’s experience was extremely uncomfortable because of an employee named Aiyana. Her behavior was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. While customers were in the store, Aiyana had a very nasty attitude and was yelling, slamming things, and loudly complaining, creating a tense and awkward environment. She did not show any professionalism or awareness that customers were present. Instead, her actions made everyone uncomfortable and disrupted the entire store. This is not the first time I’ve noticed this behavior from her, but today was especially bad. Customer service should feel welcoming, not hostile. No customer should have to witness that kind of attitude and outburst while trying to order food. Management really needs to address this immediately, because behavior like this should not be happening in a customer-facing position.
