  The girl in the store seemed so bothered to be there. My daughter asked me about the broccoli cheddar soup so I asked the girl for a sample so she could try it and see if she liked it. She said that they dont do that. Because I have worked for Subway before and just did it the other day at another location to try the potato soup , I asked about just a spoonfull and she told me again she cant do that. No apology, felt like an imposition to be there. She rings us and my daughter asked for a bowl if soup and the girl told her that it would be 4bI

  Today I came to this Subway with my sister-in-law and it was a very unpleasant experience. Both of us found a hair inside our sandwiches. They remade her half, but in my case the hair was only in one part and I didn’t complain at the moment, even though this is clearly unacceptable. What made it worse was the explanation we were given — they said that “the hair probably fell there while the bread was being baked,” which did not give us any confidence in their hygiene standards. On top of that, after the situation, we heard a man’s voice coming from the back that sounded mocking, which made both of us feel uncomfortable and disrespected as customers. Food safety, cleanliness, and customer service should be taken much more seriously. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience.

  I was in here around 630pm on February 5th...not busy with one lady behind. Mandy was working and I could not hear her talking. I had to keep asking her what she was saying. Got my 2 sandwiches toasted then she helped the lady behind me and completed her order and check out before me. Then Mandy got frustrated because I did not want sauce before my toppings. After all of that she charged me $37 for 2 sandwiches! Worst subway experience ever. I will never go back. Do not go here.

  Awful service tonight. Sorry we were so inconsiderate for coming in 50 minutes before closing. Instead of just saying “Hi, I’ll be right with you,” we were ignored for about 15 minutes in an empty store.

  Not a shocker here, Subway has been on the decline for years. Jared didn’t help things either 😂. But focusing on the new protein wraps, the poor girl behind the counter couldn’t add anything and said in their training they couldn’t substitute any meat or add anything additional veggies or condiments? Very odd considering Subway’s entire concept was built around customization. With manager approval they did omit ham for me and double up the turkey so I appreciated that. But even asking for more Jalepeno (they said only 2 Jalepeno pieces were allowed per wrap) I had to laugh. They finally (with manager approval) gave me a few on the side and mustard on the side. Because it was not allowed to be placed in the wrap 😂. Wonder if they got the memo about the TPS reports? Sounds nit picky but prices aren’t going down and quality isn’t improving. I’ll stick with Jersey Mikes or Firehouse any day over Subway. Place is sinking fast. The staff were fine and accommodating once asked but their hands being so tied and them being SO scared and hesitant to add anything because of the corporate rules is ridiculous. If a customer wants a reasonable request and is paying for it, just do it. Especially at freaking Subway where the business model is built on customization. Also side note the restaurant was super hot temperature wise. Always gotta have 2 issues right? Anyway, nice enough staff but allow them to work autonomously Subway otherwise you’ll be closing even more locations this year. Step it up upper management you guys are absolute clowns with those ridiculous rules. Customers are opting for other places and I’m sure you’re noticing.
