  This is a very nice location with delicious food and excellent service. I love Subway sandwiches and this location does them right. I was curious about the roasted garlic aioli, which I hadn't tried before, so the owner gave me some as a side free of charge! She shared with me a little about the location's story. In particular, their customer base has dropped since the nearby BBB Fashion closed, so they've started some promotions like offering a free cookie with any sub addon (avocado, bacon, etc.). If you're in the area, you really should check them out. You won't be disappointed! (And, in case you're wondering, no, I am not being compensated in any way for this review.)

  Well i have to say i always come and its a hit or miss this time i was very disappointed dining in . dec 6 around 7:50pm is the last time i ever will step foot in this subway again The drink station so dirty knat bugs are everywhere i even lost half of my footlong because the knats landed on it and some died in my sub. It didnt help that my sub felt like a inconvenience to make for the guy No effort was put into the sub Portions were off and Lettuce was spoiled (kinda mushy and very brown) aswell as other veggie options and messy food making station ... Although i spoke to a manager and she was willing to understand why i was unsatisfied and was concerned I choked up from being so disappointed i just let it go and let this be the last time i gamble with my money here I spent 25$ here today and i wish i never even spent a single dime.

  I went there to pick up and there was a PICK UP sign. I went under it and didnt say a word because she was busy. She asked if im doing a pick up i said yes and the name. She said okay ill do it after this. I wait for about 8-10 minutes because the current customer made like 8 subs with different toppings. I waited watching some vids on my phone muted, and keeping eye on the time. When she was checking the customer out.... she told me to go sit down while i wait if i wanted to. I dont and didnt... She then again got mad at me saying she wont check the client out because i was too close to her and insisted on me sitting down. I was literally under their sign that said its for pick ups. I decided to just cancel the order and leave. I did tell her " Whats wrong with you? Im just trying to pick up an order" after that i just said whatever and cancelled it through the option of excessive waiting time or something like that. Take that sign out or move it somewhere else at least. Or check her attitude. I did nothing wrong.

  Bad customer service, bad attitude, unfriendly and unwelcoming environment. Management should care enough to hire people with a desire to do a good job. They still had 2 hours til closing when ordered.
