    ALLERGY WARNING: Tonight (11/2/25), I placed an order on the app for two drinks, one of them being a blast. I got an M&M blast with cookie dough, and chocolate syrup added. My fiancé went to pick the drinks up for me. Unfortunately, he had my phone to check-in so he couldn't text me to ask any questions/ask if I wanted anything remade. When he arrived home, he said that it looked like they put oreos on top, but I should check it just in case. Unfortunately, I have an almond allergy, and after looking and having my fiancé try it, there were Heath bars (toffees main ingredient is almonds) in addition to oreos, neither of which were supposed to be there. My fiancé just ended up eating the whole thing, and showed me that there were tons of Heath bar pieces, as in, a few pieces didn't just slip in by accident/due to a messy work area. I'm not sure if the employees were just trying to be nice and throw in a few extra things at the end of the night, or maybe it was just a slip up, but I added exactly what I wanted, nothing extra. This could have been dangerous for me, as well as anyone else who may have allergies that this could have happened to. I understand it is my responsibility to manage my allergy, but when my health is compromised based on a decision I didn't make, it's really unfortunate.

    The team here is awesome!! I ordered two medium cherry limeades and an order of mozzarella sticks. I was curious about the “Make it Dirty” Dr. Pepper and the team member taking my order was super nice about answering my questions. The team member who ran my food to us was also a total sweetheart. She ended up bringing out one of the Dirty Dr. Peppers and said that it was from management for us to try, I’m so glad that I could make their night just by reciprocating their kindness. The mozzarella sticks were fresh and delicious, drinks were great too. Fantastic team working here and a lovely atmosphere!!

    To say this was a dissapointing visit would be an understatement. My wife and I have gone to this location dozens of times since it is close to the house. First, we received the wrong size tots (if I ask for large and receive small to medium you in essence stole from me). Second, the people that were working there today were quite literally dragging their feet (I could hear their shoes rubbing against the concrete because they could not find the energy to pick them up). Third, there the food was overcooked and the tots were not even salted so i guess yay crunch potatos? Last, but not least they were either checked out, or just did not care about their job because to say interacting with the guy on who took the order and then collected payment were about as deadpan as a plank of wood. I get it, your job is not glamorous but that does not mean you get to put in no effort.
