- BSBrett Smith3 days ago1.0Placed a pick-up order 12/30/25 14:34:04 Check #53146. Footlong Coney, add, mustard, onion, tomato, jalapeno and tater tots with a Route 44 Cherry Limeade. I picked up my order from stall #11. Once I got home I received a room temperature Coney Dog and chili with cold tater tots. To add insult to injury none of the toppings I ordered or the ketchup packs were added that were clearly on the receipt. Fortunately I did not get food poisoning. Normally the service I have received in the past was good. The staff clearly missed the mark on this visit. I also left a remark about the poor service and confirmed that I wanted to be contacted back about on their feedback application. No contact from Sonic has been received as of the posting date of this review. The RT44 drink is the only thing that was right about the order. Please note I did contact Sonic via their suggested feedback and was not contacted back despite my request for them to do so. This is why you are seeing this review
