  If there’s one restaurant I absolutely do not recommend, it’s Sonic Drive-In. If you’re looking for good service, respectful treatment, and decent food — this is not the place. One star. You might get a polite smile at first, but don’t be surprised if you end up waiting 10 minutes with no updates and no attention. And if you try to ask about your order, be prepared to be ignored again. A smile means nothing if there’s no actual service behind it. If you’re running a service business, you need to actually provide service. Experiences like this make customers never want to come back. There’s no sense of care, no urgency, no feeling that you matter as a guest. Some places honestly shouldn’t stay open if this is the level of service they provide. When you compare it to places like Chick-fil-A — where employees consistently smile, try to help, and make you feel welcome — the difference is obvious. There, you feel like a valued customer. At Sonic, you feel invisible. This is not the place where you’ll receive anything extraordinary — unless you count a fake smile and wasted time.

  I just wanna say that I am never disappointed when I come to the sonic on 48st and Baseline. Everyone is always super friendly, in a great mood and my order is always on point. Love coming to this spot anytime of day is a great time.
