- HPHorizon PTADec 29, 20255.0Dymitrea was our waitress and she went above and beyond. We ate inside and I’m not able to eat a lot of food at one time and I saw the rosemary taters, but I chose not to order bc I wouldn’t be able to eat them and made a comment that I’d have a couple of my husbands fry’s. I ordered my custom burger on lettuce, to ensure I could eat it all and bless this child, when she brought my order, she brought me a small side of the taters to try! She said they had a few leftover from an order and didn’t want me to pass up an opportunity to taste these great tater tots. Well not only was my burger great, but those rosemary tater tots were amazing! My husband’s fry’s were delicious as well, but those tater tots were delicious!!! Needless to say, we passed her a special tip and I wanted to post this review to not only brag about the food but Dymitrea. She didn’t have to do this but made a choice to make my evening. Thank you again! If you’re corporate and see this review, make sure you treat her good bc we both know how difficult it is to get employees that know how to represent your establishment. She is the reflection of what everyone that works in the food industry should work to be like. I wish her great success in her life. Great job done to both Smash-burger & Dymitrea. Tried the Jalepeño Smash and Classic Smash, with the unusual but decent brussel sprouts side. Tender meat and heavily seasoned. Food was good overall, with standout service from Maddy compared to what you’d expect at any other burger spot. We’ll probably be back again.
- DDDeeDec 27, 20255.0Had the pleasure of placing my order with Chris. He greeted me as he was getting orders prepared to go out. My order was in and I was out the door in under 10 minutes. But not before Chris thanked me and wished me a Happy New Year. Great personality! He made the atmosphere and the service! Burgers and fries were hot and fresh. Great food! ** I was sharing my great experience at this location with my husband and before I could even mention a name, he said “was his name Chris?” ** Thank you for such great customer service and a genuine experience!
- JCJoseph CocchiolaDec 23, 20251.0Other than waiting a 1/2 hour for my food, . When it came it was beyond greasy. Not sure if it was just my food or what. But I will not be returning. On a lighter note the girl who took my order was great and she was very apologetic about how long it took. I simply told her I understand not to worry about it. But in my opinion if you make someone wait that long for there food at least make it good. Also I realize it is upper managements fault for not being equipped with enough employees and or enough equipment for turning around a higher volume of food if needed.
