It wasn't busy, one other couple was there, a couple of take out orders came and went. I used their complaint url and gave them all the details. Now I get an email asking for a scan of the receipt. I'm not doing that. I gave you enough info. I'm not asking for a comp, coupon nor freebie. A simple apology would've been enough, coupled with an assurance that you'll try to do better next time. We're not going back. Ever.
