I want to like this place because it’s the closest grocery store to my house, but it’s honestly a bad experience most of the time that I come in. First thing is the prices are sometimes double the price of other grocery stores. I went in to buy a “Giant” size Hershey bar which is $3.49 to $3.99 at most stores. $6.99 for the exact same Hershey bar at this store!!! A $1.99 bag of store brand brown sugar at other stores is $3.49 on sale here. The list goes on and on. What usually gets me to come to the store is sale prices, which can be pretty good. The issue there is they NEVER stock enough to cover the demand. If it goes on sale on Wednesday, it’s out of stock by Thursday or Friday.

The worst store ever. I went to buy 8 pieces chicken. After I went home and opened to eat it was only breast all 4 pieces no thigh at all. The lady who served me she should add 2 thigh and 2 breast. I called to speak with the store manager and he didn’t care. He told me I will give you discount in your next order. . The employer doesn’t know thigh from breast. Customer service nowadays is miserable.

Worst online service ever. First store doesn’t give driver all my groceries. Then I’m told when I called it will be delivered. Waited almost an hour. Called again and was told driver just left. Never showed up Called again and told them I’ll pick up my items. Just as I was driving to Safeway I received a phone call they gave my items to a driver. Drove back to deliver address Which was my work and at that time we were closed for an hour. Waited still no driver. I just asked for a refund and went home. Disappointed for sure.
