But the main reason for losing a star is at 6:15pm on a Friday, there was only one cashier open, even though there was a long line of customers. I ended up going through self checkout with my 38 items because I didn't have the time to wait. I would have rather walked away without getting what I shopped for than wait the 15-20 minutes to get rung up. That's unacceptable. October 2025, seems to be improved, no wait for a cashier at 530pm on a Tuesday. Employee in produce stopped me when I was getting grapes and he pointed out a fresh carton he was about to put out, so I appreciate his extra effort.
