I came in for my customer ordered cupcakes and they were supposed to be roses on top but it was a piped circle that actually looked like a red poop circle. I actually started laughing and asked wait are these roses. Veronica looked and said umm. If you would like I can do a lil something not sure what happened there. She redid them. Luckily my party wasn’t until later or it would have been super inconvenient as I had to leave and come back for the later. She started to offer a discount which would have been appreciated but her manager got all dismissive and rude talking to her about it in front of me without even asking for the situation. I told her after her manager scolded her and walked away that it was fine and I am happy she was able to fix it. This would have been my last time ordering at Safeway but I will come back. I hope management gets a lil more training on how to talk to their workers especially in front of customers though. Thank you Veronica!
