The grocery store manager lost my card causing a security risk. I had a card sent to US bank at this location. They lost it because Kurt, the liquor manager signed for it and then had no idea where it went. I called to ask Kurt about this. I was calm. Kurt proceeded to yell and shout over me, he would not stop badgering me, he kept shouting that he has no idea what he signs for, he wouldn’t answer a simple question, and hung up on me when I asked (again calmly) to be transferred to his manager. The staff here are abusive and incompetent, and they’re managers. They cannot be trusted to coordinate with the US bank here, despite their promises to do so. They will cause security risks to your personal finances bc of their incompetence. I definitely don’t recommend this grocery store or bank location.

The people work hard and are friendly, they're doing their best with what they have. That said, this place desperately needs a facelift. It's just old. I'm not sure why the corporate overlords feel like the location (35th avenue and Bell road in Phoenix - super desolate area 🤣) nor the employees here (hard working locals) deserve an updated store, but it's time. Definitely time.

Pretty awful for a unionized group. The managers treat escort situations like a chore. IF the check out line is actually open, which it hardly ever is this store treats auto check out like the norm, the person working it thinks you should be bagging your own stuff even though this is their job. The produce is by far the weakest selection across the many locations, many normal mainstay selections of products are not found here. The staff does little to nothing about the vagrant issue around and inside the store. There's a dozen other grocery stores that would serve your money better near this place.
