I was so off put I didn’t even realize the food was cold until I had sat down. Never heard of any restaurant doing this before

Being from Chicago I know what an Italian beef is and what I just paid 14$ for, isn’t it! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. I will not be returning. Soggy bread I clearly asked for dry. Meat looked old and sour I took 2 bites and threw the rest in the trash… hopefully I don’t get sick. Horrible experience. Enjoy that 14$ never again.
