As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.
Customers frequently reported slow service, incorrect orders, and rude staff, leading to a negative dining experience.
Food Quality
While some customers enjoyed the food, many complained about cold items, incorrect orders, and overall poor food quality.
Staff Performance

Several reviews mentioned cleanliness issues, including unsanitary conditions in the dining area and poor food handling practices.
Value for Money
Customers appreciated the low prices and meal deals, but many felt that the quality did not match the cost.

Thia place doesn't even deserve any stars . They never have any advertised products. They are always out of products. The staff and management are rude as hell. We will never come here again. My wife and I both work in the restaurant industry and have been working in the industry for the last 32 years each. We were completely appalled by the way this restaurant operates.

So Javier when we got to the window asked us to pull back behind the line so he can make his order in time. Because their tracking how long it takes them to make the orders with a timer. We should t have to do that and for our waiting you would think they would give us a ranch for free or trade out the marinara sauce for a ranch. Because as customer's we dont need to pull back behind the line u ask us to do that for ur own benefit but yet you don't have the customer service to say hey for the wait u can trade that marinara sauce for ranch. It's the first day of January 2026 2:22 pm the lady working with him was nice but he was just making sure that he cheated the system by having us back up then pull up again. We don't need to do that cause not only is your employers thinking your doing these things in a timely manner but do they know what your asking is to do!! God bless Javier but u need to do the job how u were trained to do it not cut corners

Waited 5 minutes for the 3 workers to finish a conversation just to be acknowledged, and them was told they didnt have a pretzel bun and I would have to be charged extra for a regular bun. Horrible service.

The drive thru is now powered by AI, so we did a walk-up, instead. We stood in line for about 6 minutes and waited about 10 for food. We came because we saw an ad on FB about a $3 double plus fries deal. Surprisingly, there was no deal to be found. We ended up ordering Big Bufords instead, which were fine. Overall, the place is kinda small with only a few parking spots and it's in a rough part of town so we ate to the sound of sirens.
