  Taylor & Eddie make the best food, great customer service. Very convenient and reliable, the quality is marvelous. Got my food piping hot, the mozzarella sticks are my favorite Item. I would recommend this location specifically as it seems to be the better option.

  I know this post is going to seem strange. But Rally's brings me back to my childhood back East where Hardee's served a Mushroom Swiss burger. Their Mushroom Swiss tastes very similar. The service is always spot on and very quick.

  This restaurant is famous for the fries!! I ordered a small fry-had a craving. It’s taken away when served not fresh. I’m so fatigued with poor quality and customer services experience

  My wife and I ate here on 2/9/2026 during one of our day of errands in Phoenix. I really miss when we had our only Rally's in Tucson. Our food was made fresh and accurately. The hot items were hot and the cold items were cold. Nothing like them seasoned fries 🍟 😋. We came during lunch rush via the drive through & then ate in our vehicle. We enjoyed the flavors of the burgers 🍔 and fries. I should've ordered them apple 🍎 pies to finish off our meals, maybe next time. We recommend this Rally's hamburgers to all who know and especially those that don't know about them. 👏🏾👏🏾

  I left a review a while back (See Attached photo) and I decided to give it another try. This time I did a mobile order for the choose two and save deal with one spicy chicken sandwich and one classic hamburger, and I requested remove onions and add cheese to the burger. I received the food and decided to check it and noticed that the burger looked great except it had onions but no cheese. I went back through the drive-through and spoke with an older Hispanic lady about the issue with my order. She proceeded to tell me it was not on the receipt and that she cannot remake it. She even confirmed the price I paid as $6.50 and the extra $.50 is because they charge $.50 to add cheese. I pulled up my phone and looked at the order and noticed that it indeed showed that I requested to remove the onions and add cheese. She absolutely would reluctantly remade the order. Except when she brought the order to me the remade burger had literally no lettuce (It comes standard with lettuce) and it was somehow not even warm. This leads me to believe that I was served and all American cheeseburger that had been sitting out for a while. I believe this because this is a $2.50 cheeseburger that comes standard with no lettuce. I would also like to add that this didn’t happen tonight but the last few times I’ve come here for a shake, the shakes are pretty much the consistency of cold milk and seem like they never came out of an ice cream maker to begin with. It’s a real shame of this location has issues after issues, that despite the owner commenting on reviews saying that they’re always working to improve it simply doesn’t happen. It really sucks because when this place is on they have one of the best fast food burgers, if not the best, they have the best prices and their banana shakes that you can’t find anywhere else ate great. Hopefully the owner will take these reviews to heart and actually strive positive for change. I will give it a couple months and try again. PS It seems like every restaurant in that area is suffering greatly from bad service and subpar food.
