Horrible customer service, asked a question and Brianna walked away with a smirk. Then another girl gave us our food and I said something about what happened and she smirked. I also did not get everything I ordered.

7 Issues: 1. App/website not accepting my card information. Only the website gave other payment options like Venmo and PayPal -except connecting my PayPal wasnt working either. 2. A stream of water -coming from a watering system near by that should have only been going a few inches -falling and splashing near the drive through speaker. Had to carefully get my medium size car (honda accord coupe) as close up to the curbe to avoid my car from being sprayed on. 3. I had to repeat my name, Gabe, 3 times. Me: Hi, I am picking up my online order for Gabe. Him: what is the name?....Dave?.. OK your order is ready at the window. No apology for the water, making me repeat myself or ask me if I wanted anything else. Just a guy extending his harm out with the bag for me. 4. My online order was placed at 10:41pm for a scheduled pickup time from 11-11:10pm. There were no cars in front of me or behind me. My name is on the bag. I was past my pick you time by like 5 minutes. Probably the only pick up order. I shouldn't have even needed to provide my name. I would much rather have confirmed my order.. 5. My order was made incorrectly. The 1st line item "NO Cheese." Clearly that was missed or disregarded. With the order being for a later time. Before they placed the burger in the bag or after slapping on thr receipt - this order should have been remade or fixed. I would have been fine to wait a few minutes. 6. Food: cold (opened 5 minutes from picking it up). No heat or smell came from the bag. The time on the receipt 10:41 (probably when they made the food) 35 minutes sitting -under heat? Probably not. 7. No gluten free bun or modification option to remove or replace the bun - like a lettuce wrap or bowl. -----Why a 2 instead of 1 star (2 reasonse): 1. Food: meat, lettuce, 2 pickles and a singe slice of tomato. Paid less than $4 as this was a birthday reward: "$3 Big Buford." If I had to pay full price (I wouldn't) this would be a 1 star. 2. I am feeling generous. They at least got the other modification correct (No: mayo, onions, mustard or ketchup). The 2 slices of cheese being on the burger really made me go from "whatever" to "OK let's write this review."

I always tell people that Rally’s has the best burger in the fast food industry. However every time I’ve been to this specific location I have been let down pretty bad. I’ve been here 3 to 4 times in the last couple of months and I usually order either a Cheese Champ or Big Buford burger. I have never received one that was actually hot, they have always been slightly warmer than room temp And it seems that the hamburger patties are NEVER seasoned. I don’t think they ever warm their buns, and aside from the patties being completely plain, lacking any salt or pepper, they too are colder than they are hot. The first time this happened I credited it to the store being busy, but the last few times I’ve been there I was the only customer in line, both in the drive thru and at the front.
I will be driving out of my way to visit other locations from now on.
