There were only two staff members working, and there was a line of approximately 10 people. The staff was extremely kind, patient, efficient, and fast. Qdoba should truly value these two employees—they were precise and friendly despite the long line. It was impressive how quickly they handled the orders, especially considering there were only two of them.

Last night I submitted my order at 7:15pm, showed up at 7:30pm and didn’t get my food until 8:15pm. When I came in, they said they were waiting on rice and it would be 15 minutes. No problem with that, but after the rice was ready, I sat and watched them work through a LONG line of customers who not only got there way after me, but keep in mind my order was submitted even way before I got there. They had to get through the entire line before making my order, and that totally defeats the purpose of online ordering. Why not take care of orders in the order they are received??? I’m just disappointed and will not be ordering on the app anymore because so much of my time has been wasted. The staff was nice about it though.
