We got engaged on 2/22, and my fiancé surprised me with 7:30 reservations at Pyro to celebrate right after our engagement. It was the perfect place for such a special night.
We were running a little late because we were busy calling family with the big news, but the hostess was so kind and held our table for us. We were seated right in front of the kitchen, which we loved. It was so fun watching the food being prepared.
Our server was amazing and walked us through the $100 per person menu, making sure we loved everything, including our cocktails.
The food was incredible. The gyoza were absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The lamb chops were tender, juicy, and easily one of the best dishes we have had in a long time.
10/10 would come back again for the food and service!!

I was pleasantly greeted by McKenna
Our server was Ash(ley)
She was the best !! It was my daughter's birthday/ engagement dinner. A party of 12.
I have seen servers freak out with big groups.
Ash handle the party with style and grace. Very attentive. She got it right !! She came around at the appropriate time. She got everyone order correct.
Everyone in the party loved their food.
Prepared perfectly.
I had the lamb and it was spectacular, if you can say that about food. The lamb was Prepared to my liking.
The sweet potato was also good !!
We were away from everyone else so I can't attest to the atmosphere in the restaurant

We came here for brunch and had a nice experience; I ordered the Benedict which deserves 5 stars alone- just perfectly delicious! My husband ordered the sweet potato hash- delicious flavors, the avocado was amazing. Our only critique was that it was quite dry & could have used a drizzle of some kind of sauce, and there was almost no short rib in the dish- he had to hunt through it. If those 2 things were addressed it would have been perfect! The atmosphere was fun, however the DJ was blasting the music and it was very loud. If it had just been a bit more quiet it would have made the experience a little more enjoyable. The one thing I will say was just straight up weird was the sultry voice reading what I think was excerpts from the Great Gatsby in the bathroom. I don’t want to feel like someone is trying to seduce me while I go to the bathroom. It’s unnerving.
If a few small tweaks were made I would definitely give 5 stars!

Went here for Valentine's day, and this place is such a good unexpected find! We got the yellow tail sashimi, asian pear mixed greens, whole branzino, seared bigeye tuna, short rib fried rice, gochujang brussel sprouts, and ube panna cotta for dessert! Our favorites/the standouts were definitely the branzino, seared big eye tuna, gochujang brussel sprouts, and ube panna cotta! The asian pear mixed greens and fried rice were great as well but I feel like the others were just better in comparison! Service was great and we never felt like we had to flag down the waiters because ours was great about checking in on us. Our friend said that their skewers and steak are pretty good as well. We will probably try those the next time we come back! 🔥

Pyro delivered a polished, high-energy dining experience that felt both intentional and indulgent especially on a packed Friday evening. Our party of six arrived hungry and left thoroughly impressed, thanks in large part to our server Gema’s and teams seamless, attentive service. She handled the table with confidence and warmth, pacing the meal beautifully!
The yellowtail sashimi was pristine clean, delicate slices brightened with a citrus note that enhanced rather than masked the fish’s natural sweetness. The gyoza offered an unexpected fusion touch, balancing tradition with a creative twist that made the dish memorable. The Caesar salad was generously composed, well-dressed, and satisfyingly substantial.
My branzino was the standout entrée expertly prepared with crisp skin and tender, flavorful flesh. And in a move that perfectly captures Pyro’s playful sophistication, the evening closed with a cheeseburger and caviar decadent, slightly irreverent, and undeniably delicious.
A restaurant that pairs culinary precision with vibrant atmosphere and service that elevates the entire experience. Five stars without hesitation!
