  I ordered a pizza at thirty sixth street in thomas online at two thirty.I do this usually every month on the fifth.The lady was very rude.She acted like she was tired or didn't want to talk.I've been patronizing this place for many years.I will look elsewhere.She was rude.She sounded like she was from the philippines.Thank you for your past service.But I will find somewhere else to accommodate me with better customer service

  I ordered a dinner box with 2 medium pizzas. I order the exact same for both & was supposed to have no cheese. I get there & both had cheese. Employee fixes it, gives me like 5$ off, but I had to wait almost 20 minutes. Then on top of that I ordered 5 marinara sauces & they’re all pizza sauce!! Whoever put together the marinara sauce cups used pizza sauce instead. Definitely not the same thing… The employee was friendly & accommodating when fixing my pizzas but I had already gotten home when I figured out the sauce wasn’t marinara…. Those are almost $1 a piece… sucks when you’re really craving something & this shit happen…. #ruined

  Ordered through Mobile app my pizza and sticks were burned the whole order I called the restaurant for a refund no answer I cannot take burned pizza into my new year it will be discarded but I would like a full refund my order was 40 dollars when advertised as 20 dollars triple deal

  I placed a pick up order on Christmas Eve. I paid uber to take me all the way there AND no power!!! Well, no problem there, but the only problem I have is they still took my money and no one is answering the phone. It a really frustrating and unprofessional. They knew the power was out, so any orders placed during that time should’ve automatically been a refund. I understand it was a holiday yesterday is why I’m waiting till today to exhaust my efforts. You knew your power was out, you knew I didn’t get my order, so you knew you should’ve refunded that money or cancelled that order when you got a chance.

  Yeah this place isn't great at all, theres carry out but can't walk in to order, there is absolutely no information about Lobby being closed. Made us walk through the drive thru to order than stand out front to be harassed by the mobile security thing (LVT). If you ask me that's pretty crucial information to not be stated out front and not even on Google. Not such great service if you ask me then the there's the food we stood outside for 30 mins in the cold. Definitely wasn't worth it.
