  I wanted to spin the wheel and complete survey but the pizza was already handed to me and no seats to sit down and write this google review. The female staff walked to the back to start next order and she could not hear me asking for her assistance. Before she walked away she started coughing uncontrollably. I left since I was not heard and after eating the pizza I felt sick. Sore throat, and a stuffy nose. She said I could have a $10. Credit on my next order as spin wheel prize but she made no attempt to input credit under my phone number.

  Honestly the food tasted great, but we ordered tavern style and we got thin crust. We aren't drastically opposed to thin crust, but its not what we ordered.

  I appreciate the speed. They always get my order right on time, and even if not they always accommodate.

  Employees are rude and sound high when you finally get someone on the line after being bounced around the phone tree when you have an issue. Will never pick up the phone if you have a complaint, but sure will when you "place an order" only to tell you through their self-induced haze that they can't hear or understand you. If you dare to call them on that when you pick up, they'll tell you to "come with respect" after politely asking them to speak to a manager about purchasing new handsets so they can hear their customers. Will never order from here again on service alone. Pizza was meh at best, undercooked in the middle and sticks were burnt. There's better pizza AND service for the price elsewhere. Nostalgia isn't worth it.

  Stopped by the Pizza Hut on Bell Road and had a great experience. A staff member named Dakota was incredibly helpful—they were friendly and made sure our order was exactly right. The pizza was hot and fresh. It’s great to see such high-quality service at this location. Highly recommend!
