This has happened multiple times by the gentlemen who told me he was the assistant manager when he messed up my order. He clearly knew it was incorrect and when I said something he told me “just come by another time and I’ll make it right”. Incorrect orders have happened multiple times by this same person. Probably because he’s too busy getting high I would assume?? Not to mention I often have my kids with me who shouldn’t be smelling weed while trying to pick up dinner:
