    I rode out there from California with my cousin, who luvs this place and swore by the food being great, however, I didn't get that experience. I ordered a shrimp fettuccine alfredo and the first plate none of the shrimp were deveined. My cousin spoke to manager and he assured me that he'd make sure that the shrimp is done right and he'd personally bring it to me. Well, ladies/gentlemen, there was obviously some lack of communication, because the 2nd plate was brought out by our waitress and yet again most, not all, however, there were only 9 shrimp and only 3 made the cut to actually being deveined. So this time the manager asked if I'd like something else, unfortunately, there wasn't anything else that caught my eye on the menu, hence the reason for my selection. So, on that note, he asked me to provide him with veined shrimp so that he could physically show them to the cook and that that's how I knew how much shrimp was in the plate. Assured me once again that he'll make sure it's right this time and would be the one bringing it back. He left the plate of the fettuccine along with the 3 deveined shrimp and since, I was hungry while waiting, I ate the 3 shrimp with the nearly finished fettuccine alfredo and he returns with I believe it was 7 more deveined shrimp and was very apologetic for the inconvenience, he also offered us free dessert, which my cousin respectfully declined. I on the other hand was intrigued. So he brought a visual sample of the dessert that was a available and I chose the NY style cheese cake to go, of course along with the finally deveined shrimp. They comp'd my meal and dessert for the inconvenience, which was cool. Our waitress was apologetic as well. It was an interesting experience for me, enough to where I won't be trying them again. First impressions for me with popular expensive restaurants is very important to me. Customer service good, lunch not, but the silver lining is that the cheese cake was really good.

    Our food was great no complaints but my families complaint was with our server. We never got her name, but she wore her hair in a pony tail and had brown hair. Our bill was autogratted at 20% and we left an additional $30, which was generous for the service we received, since we know it is a tipping industry. Meaning she was tipped over $100 for 1 hour and 15 minutes of service. Every time we asked her for anything it was late or she completely forgot to bring it and had to keep reminding her. The card machine was right near our table and she proceeded to show our tip and tab booklet to another server then slammed it down and had an attitude and said “ $357 tab and look at this tip”. We come here every week and now will not be returning ever again.

    I’m a REPEAT CUSTOMER this time I went with a friend to celebrate her birthday this place is absolutely thee best food in Arizona to me and the ambience here is just chill and beautiful I can set for hours My only problem is 7 years now and I can’t get away from soft shell crab and raw oysters out of all the excellent food I’ve tasted off my lunch or dinner dates plate extraordinary food for your palate .. I’m going for the happy hour next wee after seeing what they serve for that !! Unbelievable menu ! If you never been this place need to be on your to do list ! I’m in FOOD HEAVEN HERE … See you next week this time I’m setting on that BEAUTIFUL OUTSIDE Patio with all those beautiful flowers and waterfall

    I have been here several times with family and friends and have always thought the food was excellent. The cost of the meals are at a premium so you would expect good quality. I brought my girlfriend for her birthday and we were both very pleased. She loved the red snapper and was able to substitute the crab for shrimp. We decided to celebrate our anniversary and went back expecting another great meal. She ordered the same thing as did I (filet mignon). My meal was ok a bit undercooked but ok. Her snapper dish looked horrible and smelled like the fish was not fresh. The shrimp were not fresh either. We were really disappointed in the quality and freshness of her dish especially at over 45 dollars you would expect a nice presentation and freshness. We should have complained but we didn't. I still left a nice tip our server was excellent. I spent over 200 dollars for this lackluster meal and really should have called the manager over so that is my fault. I will not be going back and I will advise my family about my high cost lesson. It's really sad. This place was awesome before.

    I go there quite frequently, until now. Last Sunday we had a server named Gary who was the most disorganized server I've ever had there. We ordered drinks and had to order twice because he doesn't show up. Then we asked a female server who passed our table if we could get some water and ICE tea, since our server failed twice to get it. She said no problem I'll get right on it. She never showed back up at our table either. We were served appetizers for 5 people, but yet no side plates to put the food on. We had to flag the manager down to bring us plates, because we couldn't find our server most of the meal. Really horrible service for the price that you pay for food here.
