  Brooke, our server took great care of us. My boyfriend and I tried two different appetizers and we loved them both. Their hibiscus Coco Cocktail was delightful. I've never tried Gumbo and it wasn't bad. I love my crabs. This place had a loaf brought to us as soon as we sat down. My boyfriend tried the pasta Mardi Gra and I really loved it. We had no room for dessert but I saw the portions and they looked big enough to share. I kind of regret not trying the cheesecake. Can't wait to go back!

  Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen consistently delivers one of the best seafood experiences in the Phoenix area, from the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the aroma of Cajun spices and a menu full of fresh, flavorful seafood options that always hit the mark. I especially love their grilled fish and shrimp dishes, which are perfectly seasoned and cooked just right, and the generous portions make it great for sharing or a satisfying solo meal. The service is friendly, the atmosphere lively, and whether I’m stopping in for a family dinner or a special night out, this place never disappoints.

  This is an awful location. The workers are pitiful and unprofessional. The manager i think his name was Johnny from Dallas was the ONLY reason why any stars are given. He went above and beyond to make up for his awful staff. They watched a customer get injured and stood around gossiping instead of helping. This was for bar service and booths. Our waitress was professional but everyone else was thumbs down 👎🏼. The young lady at the front was exceptionally deplorable. I waited to write the review so as not to use names but I let the manager know they all need training and etiquette reviews. I frequent Pappadeaux and the workers may do well to visit one so they know how Pappadeaux operates. It's nice to have one on the West Coast but at the expense of service is a stretch. I will literally fly in for places I want and Phoenix is a hard NO. I expressed the concerns to the Manager and hopefully they get it together but Phoenix did the brand horrible and I was disappointed. Again BUT the manager!! He knows customer service and unfortunately has to run around compensating for the lack of professionalism his wait staff and bartenders exhibit. Get the Calamari and a Swamp Thing or 3 wheel motion if you want good and fun food. Also try the fondeaux. Suggestions from a frequenter. The menu wont always steer you well so if you are stuck try those 3.

  I’ve been to this restaurant a couple of times before. My family and I had Christmas Eve dinner here last night. They were very busy as you can imagine. Unfortunately, our server forgot to put in my order of steak and lobster. The manager, Anthony came to our table and sincerely apologized for the mishap. Anthony took full accountability for the omission and they comped my meal. I really appreciated the ownership he took over the situation. That’s what makes all the difference and turned a possibly bad situation into a positive experience. The ribeye eventually made its way to our table. As well as some free desserts. Everything was great. I understand it likely is one of the busiest nights for their business, and truly respect the gesture of the manager, and staff. I will definitely make my way back to their establishment. Thank you for turning a negative into a positive. We had a wonderful evening Ig: @fitginii

  Customer services ruined my experience. Went here many years ago and always wanted to go back. Finally went in today. I had to share the experience was not good. Server Brandon started off pleasant and professional, they didn’t have rainbow trout which we wanted to order so we asked them to substitute another type of fish. I also asked them to give the same price as the trout since that’s what I really wanted. Without even acknowledging me he said no we won’t do that. I asked him to please at least ask an he rolled his eyes and walked off. The manager came offered a new waiter but he never did anything but just reinforce that they will not accommodate any price changes. The waitress Ashley was great she tried to recoup their mistakes in customer satisfaction but the whole thing kinda. Soured the experience overall. There’s more too they don’t offer us anything for a whole 30min sitting there finally they brought bread for the table then they took forever to give us refills I’m writing bcuz I can tell this place isn’t taking pride in their service and it shows something like this is 100% avoidable
