I ordered a large one-topping pizza and gave all the required delivery information. Instead of reaching out properly when the driver got lost, they simply gave up and voided my order — without informing me at all. When I called the store an hour later to ask what happened, I spoke with Brian, the manager, who was not only unhelpful, but downright rude. I’ve worked in customer service, so I understand how tough the job can be, and I always approach these situations with respect — but I was met with sarcasm and defensiveness. Brian’s exact words were: “If you would’ve answered the phone, you could’ve had your pizza by now. Instead, you’re calling an hour later.” No apology. No ownership. No attempt to fix the issue. Just blame. When I asked to speak to someone else, I was told: “I’m the only person in the store, so you can’t talk to anyone else.” This is unacceptable. Basic customer service skills were completely lacking, and any sense of empathy or accountability was nonexistent. I’m angry and extremely disappointed. I will never order from this location again, and based on this, I’m seriously questioning Papa John’s standards as a company. Do better.
