I contacted the store to share my experience, the manage was rude and dismissive. It has tainted my experience with Papa John's. Should have stuck with Domino's, never had a problem with their food quality. Doubtful I will ever order from here again.

I was told to wait outside for my pizza and when I told her I’ll just come back and speak to the other manager so she can handle my situation she told me not to go back and that she’ll tell the manager not to give me anything. Super longer story short, she argued with me, called me ignorant and as I got in my car to leave, she came outside to my car and placed the pizza box on my car. Worst experience ever, worst customer service. I really will never go back to this location. I really wish I recorded everything that was said and what she did, but I was on the phone with my husband the whole time while this all happened, wish I would have recorded but it all happened so fast and did not expect things to go how it did. It would have really blown your mind. So unbelievable.

It didn't hit the spot at all like the other Papa John's pizza locations do. I was very disappointed and will not be going to this location ever again unless they make serious changes to their menu. They need to learn what people actually enjoy eating.
